Shipping Policy

Upon receipt of your order, we will promptly notify you via email to confirm receipt and subsequently inform you again upon dispatch of your order, thereby signifying acceptance of your order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, an email confirmation will be sent to you. It is important to note that your order request will be accepted upon confirmation through email or mobile communication.

Please be advised that the dispatch of all product(s) ordered may occur simultaneously or separately as necessary.

We take utmost care in inspecting and packaging all product(s) prior to delivery through our trusted partners.

Delivery partners will endeavor to provide expedient delivery service to your address. In the event that they are unable to do so, they will contact you to address the issue.

We strive to dispatch most orders within 2 business days, excepting Sundays and public holidays.

Orders that meet or exceed a billing value of INR 600 shall not incur any shipping charges. However, for orders less than INR 599, a shipping fee of INR 75 shall be levied. Please note that a shipping fee of INR 99 shall apply to orders with a value of less than INR 599 for customers residing in the North Eastern Region.
